Ethics: Cultural Competence in Practice Webinar

In order to effectively work with kids and families in all settings, we have an obligation to understand and grow our cultural competence to form stronger connections and best meet their needs. In this training, we will define cultural competence, explore ethical obligations, and discuss mechanisms for personal growth. This training will include opportunities for attendee participation in discussions related to personal aspirations in cultural competency.
